About me
I grew up in Houston and did my undergrad at UT Austin, where I studied biomedical engineering with a minor in educational psychology and a certificate in the business of healthcare. I took a gap year after college, during which time I worked and traveled a bit. Specialty-wise, I’m currently interested in internal medicine and psychiatry! I’m also a dual-degree MD/MPH student and hope to conduct public health work in mental health disparities alongside my clinical practice.
Hobbies/Interests
Running, collecting succulents, cooking, visiting coffeeshops, watching TV, meditation.

What I hope to gain from this experience
I'm excited to have the opportunity to share my experiences and what I've learned with someone who might benefit from it. I also hope to gain a better idea about the types of information that pre-med students are looking to learn from medical students.
